Your pickup window depends on whether you select "open/standard" or "express" shipping.

Standard Shipping pickup date is usually 2-7 business days after your order is placed. Actual pick-up and drop-off dates may have a margin of +/- 1 or 2 days.

Express Shipping offers pickup within 1-3 days and a choice of guaranteed (a) pickup date or (b) drop-off date or (c) shortest possible time-interval between pickup and drop-off. Express not available on all routes.

How many days in advance should car transport be scheduled?

Ultimately there are many factors that will the exact date of the delivery date. Are you sending your vehicle from a major city or a rural area? Keep in mind we offer exact location pick up and delivery and never make you hassle with terminal shipping. Exact location * pick up or delivery does at times require that you meet with the truck driver form our car shipping service at a local large shopping center or open parking lot since we use a large car hauler to deliver your vehicle.

An important factor when using a car shipping service is knowing your first available pick up date. This will help our transport company calculate how many business days it will take the truck driver for your delivery date. Your transit time can be affected by bad weather, traffic conditions or road conditions such as major road construction or even speed limits. The truck driver will always offer good communication his exact location and how many driver's hours he has left to drive on a particular day.

Another important factor in keeping higher prices low is removing any personal items in the vehicle.
